Notice: Version 1.4.1 of FlexArray has been released on September 8, 2009.
We strongly recommend that all users of previous versions upgrade to this version.

FlexArray is a Microsoft Windows software package for statistical analysis of microarray expression data. Currently, the analysis of Affymetrix GeneChip ® and Illumina BeadChip ® expression arrays is supported, but many other types of studies (e.g. single-color oligo arrays, proteomics, gene methylation) are supported through the feature of importing custom normalized data.

FlexArray was created by a team under the supervision of Professor Robert Nadon of McGill University, and is currently supervised by Daniel Tessier of Genome Quebec Innovation Centre, with funding from Genome Quebec.
The project is led by Michal Blazejczyk, M.Sc.
